Deanna Schneyer is the Chief Inspiration Officer and Founder of The Winning Element, an online performance platform that is revolutionizing athlete development. She is also a best-selling author, a mindset/performance coach, energy healer and a professional volleyball referee. Using her best-selling book and performance planner as a game plan, Deanna guides athletes and teams from across the globe toward unlocking their mental and physical potential. While Deanna thrives in her work with Olympic and professional-level athletes, her cup is filled by her work with youth athletes. 

Deanna, a former Division I volleyball player and endurance sport athlete. In addition to her coaching, the Southern California native implements her own framework and strategies in her pursuit of embodying flow and becoming an international-level referee with aspirations of officiating in the 2028 LA Olympics.
